Legal Officer (Based in Surabaya)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Ensuring the completion of all legal documentation in particularly for the credit documentation and credit realization
• Providing legal opinion concerning for any matters in the Bank
• Checking up on credit documentation (such as deed, security agreement, etc) which has done/finished by Notary
• Drawing and preparing any letter (such as statement/consent letter, power of attorney, etc) needed to back up the credit process
• Maintaining the credit documentation, including but not limited to process the renewal of land certificate, “Surat Hijau”

Required Qualifications &; Skills:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
2. Will be based in Surabaya
3. Familiar with rules/regulation concerning any kind of corporate issues
4. Familiar with credit regulation (banking regulation)
5. High integrity, and accountability for the assigned task
6. Able to work in team as well as independent
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
9. PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
10. Proficient in written and spoken English
