1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
With the responsibilities:

    * Articulate Mission, Vision and Strategy.
    * Assess prevailing Company Culture.
    * Interventions to bridge gap to desired Company Culture.
    * Management Development Programs.
    * Evaluation and Improvement of HR programs.
    * HR policies and procedure.
    * Providing support to organization development, performance management, compentency development, recognition, reward and compensation, and industrial relations.

Qualification:

    * Law, phsycology background prefered.
    * Male or female, between 35-40 years old.
    * At least 5 years experiences in concerned activities.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
    * Good communication.
    * Good English and computer knowledge.

2. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
With the responsibilities:

    * Recruitment, Selection and Placement.
    * Training on Performance Management System.
    * Identification of Performance Expectations.
    * Discussion/Commitment to Performance Expectations.
    * Regular tracking of Performance Data.
    * Giving of positive/corrective feedback to jobholders.
    * Conducting Performance Review Discussions.
    * Submission of Performance Review Summaries.
    * Identification of Development Needs.
    * Calibration of high & low raters.

Qualification:

    * Male or female, not more than 35 years old.
    * Graduated from university.
    * At least 5 years experiences in related job responsibilities.
    * Good English and interpersonal skill.
    * Strong leadership, innovative and innitiative.

3. COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
With the responsibilities:

    * Identification of Competencies per Job.
    * Evaluation of competency level per jobholder.
    * Identification of Training Needs.
    * Identification of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
    * Training on On-the-Job Training System.
    * OJT Training Plan per Department.
    * Assists Supervisor in implementing OJT & Certification.
    * Prepare Instructor-Led Training Plan.
    * Source & Evaluate Training Providers.
    * Evaluate Training Courses, application to Work Process and Improvement in Process Results.
    * Development of e-Learning System.
    * Technical Trainee Program.
    * Succession Management.

Qualification:

    * Male or female, not more than 35 years old.
    * Graduated from university.
    * At least 5 years experiences in related job responsibilities.
    * Good English and interpersonal skill.
    * Strong leadership, innovative and innitiative.
