Country Human Resource Lead, Indonesia-001RC
The Country Human Resource Lead provides leadership to the Human Resource team in Indonesia
and is responsible for all areas of human resource strategy and operations. The position leads in team of 4 in partnering the business leaders in development and implementing key people development strategies to help achieve business goals. The role reports directly to the Regional Human Resource Lead in Singapore and matrix reports to the Country Lead in Indonesia.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Master degree in any discipline would be an advantage
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource, with at least 5 years in a Business Partnering role
- Has as least 5 years of working experience in a multi-national company
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence capabilities
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Has previously been in a people manager role, with at least 3 years of people management experience
- Able and willing to travel within Indonesia and Asia Pacific
